Booking & Payment
How do I book and pay?
Just click on the “Book” button and follow the instructions. Payment is made at the time of your booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex cards.
How many days in advance can I book?
Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance. Members can book up to 10 days in advance.
Do you charge per person or per bay?
Our rates are per bay. We allow up to 4 guests per bay. For guests under 18 years old, a supervising adult is required.
How do I cancel and rebook?
Cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the start of your booking. At that point, all bookings are final and no refunds are permitted. All cancellations are subject to a 4% administration fee. A waiver of the administration fee is at the sole discretion of Gutta Indoor Golf. There are no refunds for no-shows.
To ensure your cancellation request is processed, please follow these instructions:
All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@Guttagolf.ca.
The subject line must read: “Cancellation Request.”
A copy of your booking confirmation email must be included.
Requests with missing information will not be processed. We are not responsible for refunds for no-shows or unprocessed cancellation requests.

What and whom is the golf simulator for?
Our simulators are perfect for all skill levels and for family fun.
How long does it take to play 18 holes?
The time it takes depends on the number of players and their skill level:
Beginner: up to 4 hours
Intermediate: 3 to 3.5 hours
Advanced: 3 hours
How much does a play cost for 18 holes?
Please refer to our Rates page for detailed pricing information.
Do you have staff on site?
Yes, our professional and experienced staff is available 24 hours a day.
Can I host a private/corporate event?
Yes, we welcome tournaments and events of any kind. Please send us an email to inquire about arrangements.
Facility Rules & Guidelines
Is parking free?
Yes, all players have access to free parking.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Light food and drinks are permitted. NO ALCOHOL is to be consumed inside the facility. Please keep all food and drink away from the hitting area and computers, and be respectful of the space by keeping the bays clean.
Can I smoke or vape in the facility?
No, all smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. Violators will face strong measures and may be liable for personal compensation if any problems are discovered.
Can I use my own golf balls?
No, personal balls are not allowed. They often do not provide accurate data, and if the screen is damaged due to their use, you will be required to pay compensation.
Lessons
How can I get a lesson?
We offer professional lesson programs tailored to your needs. Our programs cover putting, chipping, long game, and course management. Please see our Lessons page for more details.
Can I bring my own instructor?
You are welcome to bring your own instructor, but you must contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Are your instructors always on-site?
Yes, our instructors are on-site, but you must book a lesson in advance to guarantee their availability.
Do all instructors charge the same rate?
Yes, all of our instructors have the same pricing for lessons.
